Where do QR orders appear — at the POS or the kitchen?
QR orders appear simultaneously at both the POS counter and the Kitchen Display System (KDS). The POS shows the order for billing, and the KDS shows it for preparation. You can configure whether orders need staff confirmation before going to the kitchen, or whether they fire automatically.
