Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CurryIQ platform and related services (the “Service”), operated by Polycrunch Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis under the plans described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are payable through our authorised payment gateway. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polycrunch Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dharamshala, India.
